Hot Water Extraction Cleaning

Used for deep cleaning and recommended by leading carpet/upholstery manufacturers.

A pre-treatment is applied to loosen dirt particles which are trapped in the fibres, stains are also treated during the process, then hot solution is injected into the carpets/upholstery, releasing and removing all the dirt and dust mites, these are then extracted by, twin three stage heavy duty vacs, teamed with the Rotovac will clean the dirtiest of carpets.

However grubby or stained, this procedure will restore the appearance, colour and texture of your carpets and upholstery resulting in a like-new finish to your previously depressed pile.

Texatherm

Deep clean dry within 30 minutes.

This unique system achieves superb results on both Domestic/Commercial carpets, (shorter pile/low profile commercial carpet tiles), which have always proved difficult to clean.

This system uses an exothermic reaction created by mixing two solutions and combining it with a heated pad, creating a capillary action, which in turn causes the oil film and dirt that is bound to the fibres to wick from the base to the surface, where it can be removed.

Cleans, sanitises and applies an Anti-Static coating all in one process (great for offices with electronic equipment. i.e. Anti Static Coating, Low Moisture, Low Noise).

Dry Cleaning System

It is essential to have your carpets/upholstery professionally cleaned at least every 12 months.

Suitable for upholstery/curtains with delicate fabric (e.g. suede, velvet, silk, viscose, etc...).

Curtains/pelmets Dry cleaned in situ.

Upholstery Cleaning

Upholstery cleaning by hot water extraction dries within 6-8 hours.

Acoustic Tile Cleaning

To remove airborne microscopic debris, which builds up, caused by Amino/Fatty acids from cooking, smoking and body oils.

which attract dust, bacteria, fungi and dead micro-organisms therefore becoming dirty and sticky, layer upon layer, causing unpleasant odours.
